These Terms govern your access to and use of Load7. By using the service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility and Accounts

  • You must be at least 16 years old to create an account and use Load7.
  • You are responsible for maintaining account credentials and account activity.
  • You may sign in with email, Google, or Apple; keep your chosen sign-in method secure.
  • Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

2. Health and Fitness Disclaimer

  • Load7 provides educational and informational content, not medical advice.
  • Consult a qualified professional before starting or changing training, diet, or health routines.
  • Use the app at your own risk and within your physical limits.

3. Acceptable Use

  • Do not misuse, disrupt, reverse engineer, or abuse the service.
  • Do not attempt unauthorized access to systems or user data.

4. Subscriptions and Billing

  • Paid plans, if offered, are billed through Stripe on the web, or through Apple In-App Purchase and Google Play Billing in the mobile apps, according to the terms shown at purchase.
  • Mobile subscriptions are auto-renewable and renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel them in your Apple App Store or Google Play account settings.
  • Taxes, renewals, refunds, and cancellations are handled according to your selected plan, the applicable app store policies, and local law.

5. Intellectual Property

  • The service, branding, and software are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
  • You retain rights to your own content you submit, and grant us a license to process it for service delivery.

6. Service Availability

  • We may update, change, or discontinue features at any time.
  • We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, Load7 is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
  • Nothing in these Terms excludes rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

8. Termination

  • You may stop using the service at any time.
  • We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or legal requirements.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
  • Unless applicable law states otherwise, disputes related to these Terms shall be resolved by competent courts in Warsaw, Poland.

10. Account Deletion Procedure

  • Step 1: Sign in to your account.
  • Step 2: Open account settings (mobile app: Profile; web: Dashboard -> Settings).
  • Step 3: Select Delete account and confirm the action in the confirmation dialog.
  • Step 4: Deletion is permanent and immediate for account-related content; minimal deletion-proof metadata is retained for 30 days and then automatically deleted.
  • If you cannot sign in, contact [email protected] from your account email and request deletion manually.

11. AI Features and Data

  • Load7 may offer AI-powered features (workout analysis, plan building, recommendations) powered by Gemini API.
  • By using AI features, you authorize transmission of relevant workout data and any images you attach to AI services for processing.
  • AI-generated outputs are provided on an "as-is" basis; Load7 is not responsible for errors or inaccuracies in AI-generated content.
  • Data processed by AI services is subject to Google's privacy policies and terms of service.
