These Terms govern your access to and use of Load7. By using the service, you agree to these Terms.
2. Health and Fitness Disclaimer
- Load7 provides educational and informational content, not medical advice.
- Consult a qualified professional before starting or changing training, diet, or health routines.
- Use the app at your own risk and within your physical limits.
3. Acceptable Use
- Do not misuse, disrupt, reverse engineer, or abuse the service.
- Do not attempt unauthorized access to systems or user data.
4. Subscriptions and Billing
- Paid plans, if offered, are billed via Stripe according to plan terms shown at purchase.
- Taxes, renewals, and cancellations are handled according to your selected plan and local law.
5. Intellectual Property
- The service, branding, and software are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
- You retain rights to your own content you submit, and grant us a license to process it for service delivery.
6. Service Availability
- We may update, change, or discontinue features at any time.
- We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
7. Limitation of Liability
- To the fullest extent permitted by law, Load7 is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
- Nothing in these Terms excludes rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
8. Termination
- You may stop using the service at any time.
- We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or legal requirements.
9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
- These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
- Unless applicable law states otherwise, disputes related to these Terms shall be resolved by competent courts in Warsaw, Poland.
10. Account Deletion Procedure
- Step 1: Sign in to your account.
- Step 2: Go to Dashboard -> Settings.
- Step 3: Select Delete account and confirm the action in the confirmation dialog.
- Step 4: Deletion is permanent and immediate for account-related content; minimal deletion-proof metadata is retained for 30 days and then automatically deleted.
- If you cannot sign in, contact support@loadseven.com from your account email and request deletion manually.
11. AI Features and Data
- Load7 may offer AI-powered features (workout analysis, plan building, recommendations) powered by Gemini API.
- By using AI features, you authorize transmission of relevant workout data to AI services for processing.
- AI-generated outputs are provided on an "as-is" basis; Load7 is not responsible for errors or inaccuracies in AI-generated content.
- Data processed by AI services is subject to Google's privacy policies and terms of service.
