Comparison

Load7 vs Jefit

Jefit gives away more than any other app in this comparison and pays for it with advertising. Load7 gives away less and has never carried an ad. The whole decision sits in that trade.

Every figure below comes from the vendor’s own pricing page or its App Store listing, with a source link under each app. Where a vendor does not publish a number, the table says "No data" instead of an estimate.

Price: Jefit Elite is USD 110 a year cheaper

Jefit Elite costs USD 12.99 a month or USD 69.99 a year. Load7 Premium is USD 14.99 a month with no annual plan, so a year is USD 179.88. The annual gap is USD 109.89.

The two subscriptions remove different things, though. Paying Jefit removes advertising and unlocks the parts of the platform held back from the free tier. Paying Load7 adds the AI layer to an app that was already ad-free and already had no routine cap.

Put plainly, Jefit sells a cleaner version of what you already had. Load7 sells a capability the free plan never included.

Free plans: Jefit gives more and shows ads for it

Jefit’s free tier is genuinely large. Ready-made and custom routines, more than 1,400 exercises with instructions, logging, workout history and community access, all without paying. Elite is marketed as the ad-free experience, which tells you what the free tier looks like.

Load7 free has no cap on routines, unlimited logging and the full stats set, with no ads and no advertising SDK in the build. It is narrower than Jefit in one specific way: the exercise catalogue is built in, and adding your own exercises is a Premium feature.

If a 1,400 exercise library matters more to you than never seeing an ad, Jefit free is the stronger offer and the price is right.

Who each app is for

The shortest honest answer for each.

Load7
People who want their plan actively driven rather than merely recorded, and who accept a price closer to coaching than to tracking.
Jefit
People who want the largest exercise database and ready-made plans, and do not mind ads on the free tier.

When to choose Jefit instead

Three cases where Jefit is the better app:

  • Ads do not bother you and the budget does. Jefit free covers a lot of ground for nothing, and Elite at USD 69.99 a year sits well under half of Load7 Premium.
  • You want the biggest exercise library with instructions. More than 1,400 movements, and Load7 keeps custom exercises behind Premium, so a free Load7 account cannot close that gap.
  • You want ready-made plans to follow rather than a plan built around your logged data. Jefit has been publishing those for years.

FAQ

Does Jefit show ads?

Yes, on the free tier. Jefit Elite is advertised as an ad-free experience, so ads are what the subscription removes. Load7 has no ads on any tier and ships without an advertising SDK.

Which is cheaper, Load7 or Jefit?

Jefit, by USD 109.89 a year. Elite is USD 12.99 a month or USD 69.99 a year, against Load7 Premium at USD 14.99 a month and USD 179.88 a year. Load7 only comes out cheaper if you stay on the free plan.

Does Jefit have an AI coach?

Jefit does not publish enough detail for this table to state it either way, so the comparison says "No data" rather than guessing. Load7 Premium runs its AI on Google Gemini and lists what it does: routine generation, screenshot import, describing a workout in words, coach chat and one-click suggestions.

Which free plan is bigger?

Jefit, on content. It includes more than 1,400 exercises with instructions, ready-made routines and community access. Load7 free wins on routine count, which is uncapped, and on having no ads. They are not the same kind of bigger.
